A new addition to bullfrog builders management/leadership team is Frank LLerandi.
Frank was added to our organization in the third quarter of 2009, because we realized that in order to grow as a company we needed to improve the way we managed our long term interior and exterior renovation projects. Frank was brought on board to organize and head up the project management team, and to continue to add quality craftsmen and trades people to our business.
In his 10+ year’s experience, Frank has personally managed hundreds of interior renovation projects from Cape Cod, Massachusetts to Miami Beach, Florida, not to mention a complete renovation of all 26 kitchens in the legendary Stanhope Hotel (now 995 5th Ave.), some of the most expensive real estate in the world.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management from St. Joseph’s College in New York, and is currently working towards completing his MBA. He also served honorably in the U.S. Navy, and was awarded 2 sea service ribbons and the venerated Navy Expeditionary Medal.
Frank will be a regular contributor to our blog.

Every year contractors, remodelers, and all different types of businesses send holiday cards, candy, fruits, wine, magnets, etc in the mail.
Do these items really generate business for the these companies?
I decided to try something different this year and think “outside the box”.
I hired a Santa and I had someone from our marketing department hand deliver some goodies and mention a few new programs that we have in store for our clients in 2010.
What do you think would be good ways for a remodeler or contractor to get their names out there in holiday times? Be cost efficient with your ideas :-) !!!
